If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Our 90-Day Guarantee

You have exactly 90 days from the date of delivery to test out your Wave & Willow Doppler at home. If it does not provide the reassurance you are looking for, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund of the product's purchase price.

How to Initiate a Return

We don’t believe in making you jump through hoops. To start a return, simply follow these three easy steps:

  1. Email Us: Send a message to our customer care team at support@waveandwillow.com.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and a brief reason for your return in the email.

  3. Wait for Instructions: A member of our team will review your request and reply within 12 to 24 hours with your return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth refund process, please keep the following in mind:

  • Items must be returned in good working condition, along with all original accessories (probe, cables, etc.) and original packaging where possible.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs back to our warehouse, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost in transit.

The Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will immediately process your refund.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to officially post to your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Wave & Willow Doppler arrives damaged or is malfunctioning out of the box, please email us immediately at support@waveandwillow.com with your Order Number and a photo or video of the issue. We will expedite a free replacement to you right away so you don't have to wait for your peace of mind.
